Subscription products work a bit differently than placing a regular online order. When you place a subscription order you are doing two things
- You are signing up for a reoccurring billing subscription.
- You are placing an order.
Cancelling a reoccurring subscription will not cancel the current order that has already been paid for - only prevent future orders from being placed. The whole process can be confusing and I often see people subscribe then cancel so they only receive 1 box and I also see people subscribe then wish to cancel both the subscription and the order. Sometimes we order an extra kit by accident or even the wrong one! The variable are endless but in any case, we do not assume you want a refund when you cancel a subscription. You have to contact us!
If you have cancelled a subscription and need to cancel the order as well you can submit an email me and I will get that done within 2 business days. We manage accounts on Fridays but try to get the refunds returned same day!! Orders can not be refunded once they have been processed for shipping.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping price paid if you are unhappy with the order. We do not pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send me an email! We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
